!!DESCRIPTION!! VINTAGE SEIKO SUS AGS SCFT005 5M22-6C30 KINETIC QUARTZ JAPAN Item description !!!Please Note!!! This watch is currently not running. It runs for a few minutes to a few hours after being charged by shaking but stops shortly afterward. I believe the capacitor needs to be replaced. (I attempted to replace it but couldn’t unscrew the main screw, as it requires a very sharp and wide screwdriver, which I don’t have.)The movement appears to be clean, and the crown operates flawlessly. However, I cannot guarantee that it will work even after servicing. Please consider this as a parts watch or a non-functional collector’s item.!!! Seiko’s unique watch from the 1990s features an AGS (Automatic Generating System) movement, which generates power through the movement of your wrist by incorporating an ultra-compact generator. The more you move your wrist, the more energy the AGS-equipped model generates to power the watch’s circuitry. It’s the ideal self sufficient adventure watch that adventurers have been seeking, as it continues to run even in complete darkness, such as inside a cave, unlike solar-powered watches that were also beginning to emerge at that time.
