When you need to return an item please message us and we will see if there is a replacement that we can send you. If not we will ask you to open a return request if you haven’t already. Shipping Policy We only ship on business days usually same day or next business day. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days and we can not ship out those days because our local post office is closed. We can also not ship out on major holidays because of the same reason. When an item is ordered at 8PM on a Friday we rather not get angry messages Sunday because it hasn’t shipped yet so please plan for this before you purchase.Most of our items include free shipping domestically. We find the cheapest quickest method for these because we are paying for the shipping costs we want the cost low.
